Sorry folks, still no cute cats in this video but what you will find are strategies to bring UP the value of your house. Here are some quick points to think about.

Your kitchen. We all spend so much time in our kitchens so why not upgrade it. Maybe change a counter top or refresh your cupboards. You don’t have to change the whole thing. Maybe just the front. You will be amazed at the transformation How about changing your faucet out with a new modern one. Maybe the floor needs to be replaced. Add cool lighting.

If you don’t have a finished basement you need to think about doing so. It WILL add value to your home. Is your basement finished but in need of a make over? Lets put it this way. If you still have wood paneling in your basement you need to update it…Now!!

Bathrooms are another place that is considered big ticket. Besides the kitchen it is the other place we spend a LOT of time. Transform your bathrooms and powder rooms with modern colours and fixtures.

How about your front entrance. It is the first thing everyone sees when they visit you. Update it it. It will add value to your home.

Here are some other ideas that will help transform your home. Give your home’s interiors a fresh coat of paint. Update your windows. Remove all old carpet and install wood flooring. Wood laminate is a cheaper way to get a wood flooring look.
